We believe people need to find a place where love is the example, powerfully taught, and unselfishly shown from believers whose relationships and community interactions, though imperfect, serve as welcomed models for the church and the community.

Journaling is not just something you do to pass the time or to write down your memories, although it can be. It’s a strategy that has helped brilliant, powerful and wise people become better at what they do.
Entrepreneurial Mentoring
Passion of Pure Oil Ministries is committed to equipping entrepreneurs with planning skills and biblical principles that will ethically enrich their businesses and spiritual lives. This ministry is designed to promote business and spiritual growth through the exchange of goods and services between other Christian professionals and the their surrounding community. This ministry also produces the church business directory, and sponsors various business mixers, lunches and workshops throughout the year.

Passion of Pure Oil Ministries desires to walk with churches, organizations and individuals to implement relevant relational ministries and lay the foundation for building a team of healthy people and families. With passionate believers at the helm, this initiative can lead community in key areas of relational health, spiritual growth and empowerment, powerfully modeling the love of Jesus in real time.
God’s churches should be overflowing with grateful, effective leaders involved in Holy Spirit empowered ministries yielding loving, faith-filled disciples of Jesus Christ. Staff and volunteer believers in the churches are vibrant examples of Christ’s transformational love in all relationships, starting at home. Teachers in private and public schools should be able to equip students to recognize, desire and prepare for loving, intimate relationships with God and others.
At Passion of Pure or Ministries, we believe that there must be more churches and organizations intentionally and effectively preparing singles and equipping married couples for successful love-filled relationships. We seek to assist couples “live loved and give love freely, starting at home”.
We seek to assist churches and ministries to intentionally and consistently train people of all ages in establishing lasting, loving relationships and healing unresolved pain and guilt. Couples lovingly connect to the heart of each one of their children and childless couples find joyful fulfillment in their marriage and other friendships. Singles don’t have to find a partner to find significance but are living loved and giving love freely, starting with those nearest to them.
Divorce is not considered an option by married couples because they know how to give and receive God’s love in their marriage and ask for and receive effective assistance. Loving involvement by the Church leads divorced or divorcing couples back together, where appropriate, to re-establish the home on a lasting foundation.
RELATIONSHIP MENTORING:
We activate a mentoring relationship between one of TBI’s Encourager Couples and a pastor/leader couple to help them experience love in new areas of life, heal from the brokenness of the past, and replace misconceptions and unhealthy practices with time-tested, Biblical principles. During the mentoring process, we explore answers to these and other questions:
What does Jesus mean by “loving one another as He loved us”?
How do I know a person well enough to establish a heart-connection?
How do I remove the barriers hindering our relationship?
How do we fulfill our God-given roles as husband and wife?
Am I alone in my struggle to love and be loved?
How can I respond in love and be truthful at the same time?
What can I do to keep love alive and growing?
How can we help the world experience the love of Jesus?
EQUIP ENCOURAGER COUPLES
Because the marital problems among believing couples are both serious and widespread, we want to equip other Encourager Couples who will multiply the impact of this ministry. As a growing number of Encourager Couples take their places beside believing couples across this country and around the world, we will see a revival of loving relationships at home, at church, and in the community. Can you imagine how earnestly God wants to see this happen, resulting in a new hunger for salvation in the hearts of those outside the faith?
That principle apply to this part of our ministry, means that Encourager Couples have the responsibility and privilege of teaching others to do what they do so that the influence of Christ’s love continues to grow.
Would you prayerfully consider whether or not God would have you join with other Encourager Couples in order to see “His kingdom come, His will be done, on earth as it is in heaven” (Matthew 6:10)?
* CREATE RELATIONSHIP CONFERENCES/RETREATS: Intimate Encounters.
Do you and your spouse need to discover or re-discover the abundant love God designed for your marriage, single-season, dating season or family life?
A catalytic event, such as a relationship/family conference/retreat, provides an environment where people can get away and focus on their relationships with God and each other.
During this focused time not only will people be taught established principles of healing and growth, but also they will hear the Gospel message clearly presented. For churches and organizations that wish to provide a relationship conference/retreat, Passion of Pure Oil Ministries will help provide presenters, small group and engagement sessions and leadership training including a resource list for conference materials.
We know that people are looking for authentic love and lasting relationships. Jesus Christ offers both and gives us power to live loved and give love freely here and now, starting at home and extending to the ends of the earth.
*Relationship conferences/retreats can play a vital role in Relational Ministry Development to either launch a new marriage ministry or create new momentum in an existing one.

Purpose
Energize our members to become involved and active in their communities through educating, learning, developing and growing businesses, organizations and individual projects that help and strengthen the economic base of the church and our faith community. Helping to create a cooperative interaction between our ministry, local churches and local/national economic enterprises.
Energize the community by arousing awareness and action using our ministries platform and our community of supporters that enhances our participation as Christian corporate citizens fulfilling our goals to Lead, Evangelize, Preach and Proclaim the message of Jesus Christ.
Goals
To empower the Church, its members and the community in which we work and live by:
– Providing recognition of businesses that has an aligning mission as our own.
– Increase the awareness and number of members who utilize local and ministry member businesses.
– Encourage businesses to employ, and contribute through services, products, education and exposure to the growth and development of our communities.
– Train and educate our members and the community about business and economic empowerment that is Christ centered and spiritually fulfilling.
– Educate, encourage and empower business owners, entrepreneurs and others in discipleship and stewardship through economic opportunity empowerment that is governed by the vision that has been established through our purpose and initiatives.
How?
DEVELOPING TEAMS OF DEDICATED VOLUNTEERS:
Because each community and culture face its own set of problems, those of us who seek to effectively share the love of Christ in these environments need help. We certainly need the help of the Spirit of God. We also need the help of other “equipped saints.”
Hiring more staff won’t be enough. An army of volunteers is the answer. The volunteers we need must be ready for the “work of service”, as Paul stated in Ephesians 4:11-13. Paul also wrote, “And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others also” (2 Timothy 2:2), right? Didn’t Jesus say that we are to “ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into His harvest field” (Matthew 9:38)?
We believe that in every place we choose to minister, God will send great volunteers to expand the impact of the ministry. The experience of the implementation of this ministry has revealed how wise it is to provide great training for those who want to serve. For those who want to work with people who face challenges, providing relevant training is essential. To protect the relational and spiritual health of both the volunteers being trained and the intended receivers they seek to serve, we must provide great training, material, and resources.
We are seeking to expand on our experiences, passions and gifts to help leaders discover, enlist and empower great volunteers and to engage them in meaningful service based on their passion and gifting.
Why do all the ministry alone, when God’s plan is to have believers serving beside you, discovering what it means to be useful and productive in His kingdom work?
